Refund & Return Policy

At M.S World Enterprises, we strive to ensure our customers satisfaction across all our products and services. This refund policy outlines how refunds, returns and troubleshooting are handled for our different divisions.

1. Digimaxx Products
All digital products - including software, templates, scripts, PDFs and other downloadable files - are non-refundable once purchased.

Reason:
Digital files are instantly accesible upon payments, making it impossible to revoke access or verify that the product has not yet been used.

However, we are committed to helping you get full value from your purchase. If you experience any issue (e.g., file corruption, missing download link or installation problem), please contact us within 24 - 72 hours of purchase, and we'll:

  • Re-send the product files
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance
  • Offer replacement files if necessary

2. Vellet
For physical items purchased through vellet, refunds or replacement might be accepted under the following conditions:
  • The product is defective, damaged or not as described.
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

After verification, you may choose between:

  • A replacement for the same product,
  • A refund to your original payment

No refund are accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products sold during clearance or final sale promotions

Repair Services
Repairs carried out by M.S World are backed by 3-days services warranty covering only the same issue repaired.
  • If the same fault reoccurs within 3 days, we'll recheck and fix it at no extra charge.
  • If device is tempared with, physically damaged or affected by unrelated fault after repair, the warranty becomes void.
  • No cash refunds are provided for services rendered.
  • This warranty does not apply if the warranty period has expired.
