License Agreement

This License Agreement applies to all Digital products sold or distributed through Digimaxx, a division of M.S World Enterprises.

By purchasing, downloading or using any digital product from Digimaxx, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Ownership

All products remain the intellectual property of M.S World Enterprises.

Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership, only a license to use the product under the terms below:

2. License Types

i. Personal Use License

You may use the product for personal projects (e.g., portfolio, school work, personal websites).
You may modify the product for your personal use.

You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute the product.
Claim the product or its modified version as your own creation

ii. Commercial Use License

You may use the product for one commercial project or client work.
You may modify the product to fit your project needs
Charge your clients for your work that includes our product.

You may not:

Resell or distribute the original or modified product as a standalone item.
Include our product in a bundle, Marketplace or resell it as part of another product.
Claim exclusive ownership of the item.

3.Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Upload our products to another website, Marketplace or resale platform.
Use our products for illegal, misleading or harmful purposes
Remove or alter copyright notices or attributions included in our products.

4. Modifications

Modified version remain covered by this same license - cannot resell them as your own.

Termination

This license is valid indefinitely unless you violate any of it's terms. Upon Violation, your license and right to use the product are automatically revoked.

Liability Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

M.S World Enterprises is not liable for any damage, loss of data or issues arising from use of our products.
