M.S World Operates multiple brands:

• Vellet - Sale of Tech products (Gadgets and accessories), New and Refurbished phones
• M.S World Services - Technical repairs, maintenanace, and related professional support
• Digimaxx - Marketplace for digital products including templates, tools, scripts and downloadable files

Each branch may have additional policies or products term displayed on it's respective website.

We do not require account signups for most services.

• Physical Products (Vellet):
  Items are sold as described. Delivary or pickup terms will be clearly stated at checkout or discussed during purchase.
• Digital products (Digimaxx):
  products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment.
• Services:
  Repairs or maintenanace will follow agreed timelines and terms discussed before or during service engagement.

6. License & Usage (For Digital Products)

When purchasing digital items from Digimaxx, you receive a non-exclusive License to use the product for personal or client projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original files.

7. Refund Policy

All digital sales are final.

Refunds for physical products or services are handled on a case-by-case basis - typically in cases of defective items or unfulfilled repairs. See our Refund policy full details.

8. Repairs & Warranty

M.S World does not offer a universal Warranty unless clearly stated before the service or sale.

Repaired devices are tested before return. We are not responsible for subsequent damage caused by user handling or third-party interference.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, product designs and digital assets under M.S world are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell or misuse our digital products
• Damage our brand reputation
• Misrepresent our services or products
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or misuse our website or platform

Violations may lead to permanent bans and legal action.
